- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies through market research, patent analysis, and startup scouting
- Present strategic visions to investors, board members, and industry partners to secure funding and partnerships
- Drive implementation of pilot programs for breakthrough technologies with measurable ROI
- Mentor junior innovators and foster a culture of experimental learning within the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic tech planning or R&D leadership with proven impact on emerging tech adoption
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Experience securing $5M+ in funding for innovation initiatives
