Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, quantum computing, biotech, and Web3 ecosystems
- Lead strategic initiatives to integrate emerging technologies into core product portfolios
- Present technology foresight insights to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Build and manage a global network of innovation partners and research institutions
- Champion ethical technology frameworks and responsible innovation practices
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future technology adoption and implications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of these domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized systems
- Executive-level communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
