Responsibilities
- Lead development of 2026 technology adoption roadmaps for AI, blockchain, and quantum computing
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging tech trends and competitive landscape analysis
- Design and execute innovation workshops with C-suite stakeholders
- Manage prototyping of next-gen solutions in our Silicon Valley innovation lab
- Drive strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology forecasts to investors and board members
- Lead cross-functional teams in agile sprints for future-tech validation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong proficiency in scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $5M
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or conferences
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
