Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 3-year technology roadmap aligned with 2026 market projections
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech) into core business functions
- Lead cross-functional innovation labs with engineering, product, and design teams
- Present strategic technology briefings to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption success and ROI measurement
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups
- Author thought leadership content on future technology trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record in implementing emerging technologies at scale
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, or sustainable tech
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning abilities
- Strong presentation skills with executive audiences
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
- Published research or patents in future technologies a plus
