Responsibilities
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech) with 5-10 year horizon
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market evolution
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to identify disruptive opportunities
- Analyze competitive landscapes and technology adoption patterns
- Present actionable insights to executive stakeholders and investment committees
- Build partnerships with tech incubators, research labs, and venture capital firms
- Monitor regulatory shifts and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business required; PhD preferred
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Proven experience developing long-term technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
