Responsibilities
- Lead strategic technology forecasting and roadmapping for 2026-2030 horizon
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, decentralized AI)
- Develop cross-functional implementation frameworks for pilot programs
- Present technology vision and ROI analysis to executive stakeholders
- Build and manage external partnerships with research institutions and startups
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons and R&D initiatives
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory impacts on technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two frontier tech domains
- Strong financial modeling for tech investment decisions
- Experience building global innovation ecosystems
- Advanced degree in STEM field or MBA with tech specialization
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
