Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive technology horizon scanning for 2026-2030 market opportunities
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, blockchain, and biotech innovations
- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech initiatives with business objectives
- Manage pilot programs for emerging technologies with $5M+ annual budgets
- Present strategic briefings to investors and board members
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons and R&D initiatives
- Monitor global tech policy shifts affecting industry adoption
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in leadership roles
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Harvard Business Review
- Experience scaling tech startups from Series A to IPO
- Proficiency in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Clearances for DoD/NASA tech collaboration preferred
