Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, or related field with 7+ years experience
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization (quantum/AI/neurotech)
- Expertise in futures forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and regulatory landscapes
