Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with long-term business objectives
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) into core business functions
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to ideate next-generation solutions
- Analyze global tech trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions
- Build and maintain partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry pioneers
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Mentor a team of futurists and technology analysts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or Business with a focus on innovation
- 8+ years of experience in strategic technology planning or emerging tech adoption
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused technologies in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI governance, sustainable tech, or neurotech
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight (e.g., CFTe) preferred
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and board members
