Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, biotech convergence) for commercial viability
- Develop 5-year strategic technology roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Build and manage a global network of tech innovators and academic partners
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Drive adoption of sustainable tech practices across all innovation projects
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy, R&D, or corporate innovation
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 disruptive tech products/services
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, biotech)
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping frameworks
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE, CEH)
- Portfolio demonstrating strategic tech impact (patents, white papers, TED Talks)
