Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in prototyping next-gen digital solutions
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with $10M+ investment potential
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite and venture capital partners
- Author thought leadership for IEEE, Nature Futures, and TechCrunch
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused KPIs
Qualifications
- MS/MBA in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic tech roles with Fortune 500 startups
- Proven track record in scaling AI/quantum solutions to market
- Published research in peer-reviewed tech journals
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
- Experience securing federal grants (SBIR, DARPA) for emerging tech
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
