- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and investors
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory shifts affecting emerging technologies
- Build and manage a portfolio of innovation projects with measurable impact metrics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or product innovation at Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies and ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience developing technology roadmaps with multi-year horizons
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize data from diverse sources (market research, academic papers, patents)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and public speaking experience
