Responsibilities
- Research and forecast technology trends with 2026 impact horizons, publishing quarterly innovation briefs
- Develop strategic roadmaps for integrating emerging technologies (quantum AI, neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology)
- Lead cross-functional "Future Labs" to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Partner with C-suite to align technology strategy with business objectives and market disruption
- Build and manage an ecosystem of academic, startup, and industry partnerships
- Present strategic recommendations to investors and board members with data-driven insights
- Mentor innovation teams in emerging technology adoption frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or venture innovation
- Proven track record launching products with $50M+ market impact
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex systems
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-level and board audiences
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects or research
