Responsibilities
- Lead strategic research and analysis of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and their market implications
- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Identify partnership opportunities and build strategic alliances with tech pioneers
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of identifying and capitalizing on emerging tech trends
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking with ability to synthesize complex information
- Strong communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Experience with agile methodologies and product lifecycle management
