Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption (AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in innovation management or strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP)
- Experience in scaling tech solutions from concept to commercialization
