- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum computing and AI ethics
- Conduct competitive analysis of emerging tech paradigms (Web4, AGI, bio-digital interfaces)
- Partner with C-suite to secure $50M+ innovation budgets
- Mentor next-gen engineers through our FutureTech Fellowship program
- Present strategic vision at industry summits including CES and Web Summit
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of scaling SaaS platforms to $100M+ ARR
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for AI/quantum technologies
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- Proficiency in scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Delphi method)
- Fluency in Mandarin or Japanese (for APAC market expansion)
