Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Conduct scenario planning for emerging technologies (2030+ horizons)
- Manage strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive innovation workshops and hackathons for cross-functional teams
- Analyze regulatory impacts on future technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or emerging tech ecosystems
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with futures methodology (horizon scanning, Delphi techniques)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Certification in technology management or innovation strategy preferred
