Responsibilities

- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating cutting-edge technologies into core business functions
- Lead ideation workshops with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Present technology strategy to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify disruptive startups for acquisition/partnerships
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track progress against 2026 milestones
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching transformative tech products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Executive presence with ability to articulate complex concepts to non-technical audiences
