Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 2026+ market impact
- Develop and maintain technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Quantify ROI scenarios for emerging tech investments (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions in our Innovation Sandbox
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish strategic alliances with tech pioneers and academic institutions
- Drive adoption of emerging tech frameworks across organizational divisions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Analytics
- 8+ years in technology strategy or innovation management
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Expertise in at least three future tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management preferred
- Experience building tech investment portfolios with $50M+ budgets
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation publications
