Responsibilities

- Develop 3-5 year strategic roadmaps aligning technology adoption with business objectives
- Lead innovation incubators and hackathons to prototype future solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and tech startups
- Monitor competitive landscapes and regulatory impacts on future tech
- Build and lead a high-performing innovation team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (e.g., AI ethics, quantum algorithms, synthetic biology)
