Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026+ with focus on quantum computing, AI governance, and climate-tech integration
- Lead market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging tech opportunities and disruptors
- Architect scalable solutions addressing global challenges: climate resilience, digital sovereignty, and ethical AI
- Partner with product teams to prototype and validate future-facing technologies (e.g., quantum algorithms, neural interfaces)
- Present strategic frameworks to executive stakeholders and investors driving multi-million dollar decisions
- Manage innovation pipelines and vendor ecosystems for next-gen tech adoption
- Champion sustainability-first engineering practices across all technology initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with proven impact in emerging tech sectors
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or climate-tech innovation frameworks
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in Fortune 500 or high-growth tech environments
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Sustainability Policy (PhD preferred)
- Published research or patents in future technologies (IEEE, Nature, or equivalent)
- Deep understanding of global tech policy landscapes (e.g., EU AI Act, US CHIPS Act)
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with executive/board experience
- Portfolio demonstrating transformational tech strategy execution (case studies required)
