Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives identifying emerging technologies with 2026 commercial viability
- Develop cross-functional integration roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and neurotech
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Present technology roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory landscapes affecting 2026 deployments
- Manage $10M+ innovation portfolio for future technology incubation
- Foster internal 'Future Council' to champion experimental technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Exceptional strategic communication skills for technical/non-technical audiences
- Published research or patents in future technologies (IEEE/Nature journals)
- Experience building innovation ecosystems in Fortune 500 environments
