- Lead innovation workshops to ideate and validate future product concepts
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and stakeholders
- Build partnerships with startups, research institutions, and tech pioneers
- Monitor competitive landscape and technological disruption vectors
- Drive adoption of agile methodologies for future tech experimentation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology evaluation and implementation
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex tech trends into business strategy
- Experience building cross-functional innovation teams and ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations
