- Develop go-to-market strategies for future-facing products with 18-36 month lead times
- Present technology visions to investors, partners, and industry thought leaders
- Manage R&D budgets for future technology exploration and proof-of-concept development
- Mentor a team of innovation specialists in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Proven track record launching products with 2+ year development cycles
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Experience translating complex technological concepts into business strategies
- Strong network within Silicon Valley innovation ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
