Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Identify, assess, and prototype emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) with commercial potential
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to validate future technology applications
- Build strategic partnerships with research institutions, startups, and technology pioneers
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive leadership and investors
- Establish KPIs for tracking emerging technology adoption and ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of forecasting and implementing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two future tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and boards of directors
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation or future studies
