- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling breakthrough technologies
- Identify and evaluate strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
- Develop comprehensive innovation frameworks balancing technical feasibility, market potential, and ethical implications
- Present technology strategies and forecasts to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs to measure innovation ROI and track technology maturity curves
- Drive organizational culture of experimentation and rapid prototyping
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of successfully scaling emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, or quantum computing ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on technology strategy
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling capabilities
- Strong stakeholder management skills with executive presence
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CEIM) preferred
- Published thought leadership in technology futures or innovation journals
