Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmap for quantum integration and AI-driven automation
- Lead innovation sprints with R&D teams to prototype 2026-ready solutions
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (blockchain, neuromorphic computing, etc.)
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology forecasts to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs for measuring ROI on future technology investments
- Drive adoption of sustainable tech practices across all product lines
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven 2020s tech adoption track record
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, AR/VR)
- Executive experience in Fortune 500 or scale-up tech environments
- Published thought leadership in future-tech publications (e.g., MIT Tech Review)
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science/Engineering with specialization
