Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology adoption roadmaps for quantum computing, AI, and biotech sectors
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Analyze emerging tech disruptions (Web4.0, neuro-interfaces) for market impact assessment
- Design ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems deployment
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify acquisition targets in frontier tech
- Present strategic briefings to board members on future technology ROI scenarios
- Mentor junior engineers on adaptive innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Proven track record of scaling tech innovations from concept to market
