Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, AR/VR, biotech) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing proof-of-concepts and pilot programs for futuristic solutions
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to position InnovateTech at the forefront of technological disruption
- Develop KPIs and metrics to measure the impact of future technologies on business growth
- Present technology strategies to executive leadership and stakeholders with compelling data-driven narratives
- Foster partnerships with research institutions, startups, and global tech leaders to accelerate innovation
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in developing and implementing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum computing, sustainable tech)
