Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026+ innovations across AI, IoT, and quantum ecosystems
- Lead research initiatives on emerging tech disruptors (e.g., neuromorphic computing, biocompatible sensors)
- Collaborate with C-suite to align tech strategy with business objectives and market opportunities
- Manage pilot programs for next-gen solutions with Fortune 500 partners
- Present strategic frameworks to investors and industry thought leaders
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership with demonstrable future-tech projects
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, or biotech)
- Proven track record of launching scalable innovations from concept to market
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex systems and scenarios
- Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences and technical teams
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFS, SFI) or equivalent experience
