Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and develop strategic implementation roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Forge strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Develop innovation frameworks to accelerate time-to-market for breakthrough technologies
- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory landscapes influencing adoption
- Mentor technical teams on future-proofing methodologies and foresight practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or synthetic biology
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data
- Experience building global innovation ecosystems and partnerships
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication prowess
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation publications
