Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year roadmaps for emerging technology adoption across healthcare, climate, and aerospace sectors
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum algorithms and neural interface design
- Advocate for ethical AI governance frameworks at global tech summits
- Partner with Fortune 500 CTOs to implement futuristic infrastructure solutions
- Drive innovation sprints in our Austin Future Lab prototyping facility
- Author thought leadership for Nature Tech and IEEE journals
- Mentor next-gen engineers in our Future Tech Fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 7+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.) on scalable AI systems
- Proven track record of leading $10M+ technology transformation projects
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized AI
- Security clearance or experience with classified tech initiatives preferred
- Exceptional ability to translate complex concepts into actionable business strategies
- Portfolio showcasing patented technologies or industry-changing innovations
