Responsibilities
- Lead strategic technology roadmapping for 2026+ initiatives, aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3, etc.) for competitive advantage
- Develop comprehensive adoption frameworks for next-gen technologies across global operations
- Establish cross-functional innovation labs to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic technology briefings to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain partnerships with leading research institutions and technology pioneers
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory impacts on emerging tech adoption strategies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record architecting and implementing future-focused technology transformations
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, biotech)
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
