- Lead cross-functional initiatives in AI ethics, quantum applications, and sustainable tech integration
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Establish KPIs and metrics for innovation portfolio performance
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite stakeholders and board members
- Manage a $5M innovation budget with ROI-driven allocation decisions
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in scaling futuristic technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology roadmapping
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Executive communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Master's degree in relevant field (PhD preferred)
