Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026 technology strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research on emerging technologies (quantum, AI, AR/VR, biotech) and assess commercial viability
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate next-gen solutions into existing platforms
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and startups for tech scouting
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future tech adoption and implementation
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory shifts affecting tech deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or product development with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (e.g., AI, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Proven track record of launching innovative products with measurable market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data
- Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and external partners
- Certifications in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) or technology management highly valued
