Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and forecast market impact through 2026
- Develop multi-year technology roadmaps aligning with business objectives and future market demands
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-gen solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
- Present technology insights to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Manage innovation portfolio allocation across R&D, product development, and venture investments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., AI ethics, quantum applications)
- Proven track record of launching technology-forward products or services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA preferred)
- Strong data analysis and market forecasting capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
