- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and boards
- Integrate ethical AI frameworks and sustainability metrics into all tech initiatives
- Manage vendor partnerships for emerging tech adoption and R&D collaborations

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's preferred
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven experience implementing AI/ML solutions at enterprise scale
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, blockchain, or sustainable tech ecosystems
