Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum algorithms, AR/VR integrations, AI ethics frameworks)
- Analyze emerging technologies (Web4.0, biotech interfaces, decentralized systems) for commercial viability
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders with data-backed ROI projections
- Partner with R&D to incubate experimental technologies from concept to pilot stage
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive intelligence
- Drive cultural adoption of futuristic tech within organizational workflows
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership, with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, neurotech, or decentralized AI
- Proven track record of launching commercialized future-tech solutions
- Certified in Strategic Innovation Management (SIM) or equivalent
- Experience scaling global tech initiatives across 3+ continents
