Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends and market disruptions to inform strategic planning for 2026 and beyond
- Develop and implement technology adoption roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify innovation opportunities across departments
- Evaluate and recommend strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and tech leaders
- Create executive briefings on technological risks and opportunities
- Oversee pilot programs for emerging technologies with measurable KPIs
- Present strategic recommendations to the board and senior leadership team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, IoT, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Executive-level communication and presentation skills
- Track record of implementing successful tech transformation initiatives
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
