Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026+ technology strategy aligned with business objectives and market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying, evaluating, and implementing emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech integration)
- Conduct competitive intelligence analysis and scenario planning for technological shifts in key industries
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology initiatives with corporate vision and stakeholder expectations
- Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks for innovation ROI and technology adoption effectiveness
- Present strategic roadmaps and future-state visions to investors, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Maintain thought leadership through industry publications, conference speaking, and patent development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of successfully launching disruptive technologies into enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in emerging tech domains including AI ethics, quantum applications, and decentralized systems
- Strategic certification (e.g., CTO-level credentials) or advanced degree in Technology Management, Futures Studies, or related field
- Exceptional analytical capabilities with data-driven decision-making methodologies
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets and cross-geographic teams
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technological concepts into actionable business strategies
- Published thought leadership in technology futures or innovation management
