Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and technology forecasting for 2026+ market disruptions
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating emerging tech (AI, quantum, IoT) into core business functions
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape reviews for emerging domains
- Partner with product teams to incubate pilot projects for next-gen technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and design teams
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology adoption ROI and market impact
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or corporate innovation roles
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional financial modeling skills for tech ROI projection
- Experience managing global innovation ecosystems and vendor partnerships
- Published thought leadership on future technology trends
- Comfortable presenting to C-suite and external investors
