Responsibilities

- Collaborate with C-suite to align tech strategy with business objectives
- Manage innovation pipelines and evaluate startup partnerships
- Develop predictive models for technology adoption and disruption
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and investors
- Mentor R&D teams in next-gen technology implementation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
