Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neuro-interfaces, decentralized AI) and assess commercial viability for 2026+ market adoption
- Develop strategic roadmaps aligning technological innovation with business objectives and market demands
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype solutions addressing future human-machine interaction paradigms
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven impact assessments
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia focused on next-gen technologies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to foster innovation culture and identify disruptive opportunities
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting technology deployment in key markets
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (e.g., quantum applications, synthetic biology, AGI ethics)
- Proven track record of translating complex technical concepts into executable business strategies
- Strong network within Silicon Valley's innovation ecosystem and global tech research communities
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model long-term scenarios and probabilistic outcomes
- Experience presenting to C-suite audiences and influencing high-stakes technology investments
