Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with long-term business objectives
- Identify, analyze, and prioritize emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, neurotech, etc.)
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and deploying futuristic solutions
- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring technology adoption impact
- Present strategic roadmaps to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research for emerging tech sectors
- Maintain relationships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products or services
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, biotech, etc.)
- Strong background in agile methodologies and rapid prototyping
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
