What You'll Do:

- Present visionary strategies to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Build partnerships with leading research institutions and startups
What We're Looking For:
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Expertise in futures forecasting and scenario planning
- Exceptional communication with executive stakeholders
- PhD or equivalent in CS/Engineering preferred
Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmaps with 3-year implementation horizons
- Lead horizon scanning for disruptive technologies across 15+ domains
- Facilitate innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Develop KPI frameworks for measuring future tech ROI
- Present quarterly strategic briefings to executive leadership
- Manage $2M+ innovation portfolio with quarterly pivots
- Build ecosystem partnerships with academic and startup communities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science/Engineering (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains
- Proven experience in commercializing futuristic concepts
- Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills
- Strong background in futures methodology and scenario planning
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, ICF) preferred
