Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) to identify strategic opportunities for 2026 market positioning
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and industry disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and validate future product concepts with engineering, marketing, and finance stakeholders
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership with data-driven impact assessments and ROI projections
- Monitor global tech trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic pivots
- Build partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia to co-develop next-gen solutions
- Oversee the innovation pipeline from concept validation to pilot implementation for 2026 product launches
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (Master's or PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or corporate R&D
- Proven track record of successfully launching products based on emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
