Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps by analyzing emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Conduct market viability assessments for breakthrough technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Author thought leadership reports on industry disruption scenarios
- Manage a $5M innovation budget for experimental projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Expertise in futures methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Published research on technological convergence or disruption
- Experience scaling innovation from concept to market
- Strong quantitative modeling and scenario planning skills
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management
