Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026+ initiatives, focusing on quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies through agile methodologies
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and Fortune 500 companies
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities
- Secure R&D funding and manage innovation budgets exceeding $5M annually

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
