Responsibilities
- Lead development and execution of long-term technology strategy for 2026+ innovation roadmap
- Identify, analyze, and prioritize emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Design and oversee pilot programs for cutting-edge solutions (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, etc.)
- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech initiatives with business objectives
- Build and manage ecosystem of industry experts, startups, and academic partners
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders with compelling data-driven narratives
- Drive innovation culture through thought leadership and internal workshops
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record of implementing emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains: quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech, or immersive tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable plans
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and $5M+ innovation budgets
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or futurism (preferred)
