Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for breakthrough technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) with 3-5 year impact assessments
- Develop and maintain the company's 2026 technology roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Conduct competitive analysis and market sizing for emerging tech opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven business cases
- Oversee pilot programs for emerging technologies with cross-functional teams
- Build and manage relationships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in technology strategy, product management, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two future tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Exceptional analytical and scenario planning skills
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Master's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
